  • Communication records — emails, contact-form submissions, chat messages, meeting notes

  • Directly from you via our website forms, email, phone, or meetings

  • From the Australian Taxation Office, your previous accountant (with your authority), or other parties you authorise

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • The Australian Taxation Office, ASIC, and other government agencies as required by law
  • Cloud accounting and practice-management providers we use to deliver services (for example, Xero)
  • Professional bodies we are members of (CPA Australia, Tax Practitioners Board) where compliance reviews require it
  • Our professional advisors (legal, insurance) under strict confidentiality

  • Netlify — hosting and form processing (US-based; data in transit)
  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymised website usage statistics
  • Google Calendar — handles strategy-session bookings
  • Google Fonts, Font Awesome, Shopify CDN, Unsplash — serve fonts, icons, and images; your browser's IP may be logged by these providers as part of normal web delivery

Some of these providers are based overseas (primarily the United States). By using this website and submitting information through it, you consent to this cross-border transfer.

7. Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies for: remembering your light/dark theme preference (stored locally in your browser) and Google Analytics measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working correctly.

8. How we store and protect your information

We store information in secure cloud systems with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to Travis Krantz and any authorised staff bound by confidentiality. We review our security practices regularly.

9. How long we keep it

Tax records are retained for at least five years as required by Australian tax law, and longer where professional-standards or indemnity requirements apply. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

10. Your rights

Under the APPs you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or out-of-date information
  • Request deletion, subject to our legal retention obligations
  • Withdraw consent to marketing communications
  • Complain about how we have handled your information
