A professional engagement with Summit Tax begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter. Until then, no client relationship exists and no duty of care is owed.

Booking a free strategy session via the Google Calendar link is an enquiry only; it does not create a professional engagement. Either party may reschedule or cancel at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit Tax excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss.
Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation. Where Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupply.
